Prices

• Children under 2 stay for free
• Children under 2 are not included in the pax count
• Additional bed is for free
• The change of linen and basic cleaning are included in the price, although this does not include cleaning the kitchen corner. Guests who do not clean this area themselves will be charged a supplement of € 50,00
• Pets are welcome

The prices exclude:

• Air conditioning: € 50,00 per week
• Heating: charged as used

Conditions:

• Arrivals between 3 and 8 p.m. unless otherwise agreed
• Check out by 10 a.m.
• A 30% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm any reservation
• Balance is payable on check-in

Cancellations:

• The deposit will be repaid in full for any cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival
• 50 % of the deposit paid will be returned for any cancellations received within 15 days of arrival
• In the event of cancellations received less than 15 days of arrival, the full amount of the deposit paid will be retained

• Children up to 10 years of age included in the weekly price, but a 50 Euros supplement is payable for children over 10
